July 2011- TER acquires a further 50% stake in TE. Enters into agreement to acquire 100% of TE

August 2011 – TE purchased 100% stake in Alag Tevsh LLC that holds an exploration licence 5262X

November 2011 – Maiden JORC report for south gobi project Exploration licence EL13780X of 63.1Mt (38.2Mt indicated/24.9Mt inferred)

November 2011 – Mining licence applications for EL13780X & EL5262X lodged.

December 2011 – Maiden JORC report for Middle gobi project exploration licence EL12929X for 221Mt (32Mt indicated/189Mt inferred)

May 2012 – TER Announces first mining licence granted to TE for South gobi Project

October 2012 – TER Announces that TE has been granted a second mining licence in it’s “Mining Update – Mongolia”

November 2012 – TER Announces that it will purchse remaining 25% of TE

November 2012 – TER Announces Marketing Agency Agreement with Noble Resources International Pty Ltd.

November 2013 – financing arrangements with OCP Asia. The new financing will total USD$65 million

November 2013 – finalised with Noble Resources International Pte. Ltd. regarding funding of USD$22 million to complete the current construction of the 98km haul road

December 2013 – completion of the 98km current haul road construction (Temporary Road)

February 2014 – announce that the Company’s Baruun Noyon Uul (BNU) mine (formerly North Pit) has been successfully and formally commissioned for operations and sales by the Mongolian Government.

June 2014 – JORC Code (2012) resource confidence increase with 15.26Mt Measured, 8.77Mt Indicated and 3.04 Mt Inferred resource (previously there was no Measured resource at BNU)

July 2014 – Haulage Permit Granted

August 2014 – First coal shipment
